1] Light Yagami (death note) - there may be a few controversies here between light and L, however light ultimately prevailed as the victor we must hand it to him. After obtaining a notebook that gives him the ability to kill anyone with only writing their name Light chooses to use this notebook which is called the death note to eliminate all criminals. He shows his wits by manipulating and killing the authorities who were against his actions and also outsmarting L, the world’s greatest detective in multiple occasions. On his way to becoming the ‘’the god of the new world’’ Light also shows us his psychopathic side that takes him far enough to even let his father die without shedding a tear.

2] Osamu Dazai (bungou stray dogs)  – this character is heavily inspired by the renowned Japanese author Osamu Dazai and his book ‘no longer human’ which explains him being a suicidal maniac. Dazai mostly shows himself as a jester but in reality he is highly intelligent and can predict his opponent’s next move. His ability ‘no longer human’ allows him to disable his enemy’s   abilities. In the movie ‘bungou stray dogs: dead apple’ when the audience thought Dazai had finally gained his wish of dying we were shown that it was merely a part of his plan to avoid a great catastrophe and he still survived. We never know Dazai’s true intentions until and unless he reveals them.

3] Lelouch (code geass)- this young man is the mastermind behind the unification of the world. In order to secure a peaceful future for not only Japan but the entire world war is obviously something that should be avoided. However, Lelouch waged a war and pulled the entire world under his dictatorship with his wits and his ability to mind control(not much effective as it only works once on a single person). To pull something this big lots of thinking will be required especially to deal with giant political figures. It was in the end revealed that to unite the world Lelouch simply played the villain and got himself
executed by the end of the show. Now this heroic sacrifice is no less than ironman’s if not greater.

4] Sora(no game no life) – when Sora and his sister Shiro are brought to another world where war and violence is prohibited and all decisions are made only by playing games their fortunes shine as games are the only things their good at whether it is an online r.p.g or a simple game of chess . When they learn that cheating is not against the rules unless caught and that there are different types of beings in that world who can use magic with an exception of humans. This pair of siblings go for an adventure to take the rank of humanity(which is pronounced as imanity in that world) to the top which includes even defeating the god of games himself( which they did in a game of chess). Shiro is pretty good at playing games but it is Sora who makes all the plans and strategies beforehand to take down his opponents.

5} Kiyotaka Ayanokoji (classroom of elite)- The end of this anime left us all shocked as Kiyotaka not only hid his true heartless and manipulative nature from all his classmates but also from us, the viewers. It was no surprise that this young mastermind knew how to pull his strings well from getting 50 out of 100 in all his subjects to winning that island based game. It is a surprise that he understands how any person can be used as a tool with that blank expressionless face. By showing a few acts of kindness he had us all fooled along with his classmates on his true nature. This personality of his makes him even more interesting,
